Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please review my cancellation policy below:
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Emergency Situations:
I understand emergencies or contagious illnesses happen-please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
